1. Fixed Issue “dongo driver not installed”
2. Created a new installer: This automatically installed the dongle driver, resolves issues with requesting if the user should keep a file on install.
3. Update for running individual para athlete’s within a race.

Please note that the new update if a dongle is not plugged into the computer before running the software will seem not to work but it will.  This has to do with a much longer wait to find a dongle.  We are currently evaluating possible resolutions.
