This release changes the following:

1. Removed www.ACAPoints.ca from outputs and replaced with National Points
2. Fixed Dongle Licensing Error Unknown(0) from some specific dongles
3. Added FIS Race Type TRA to list of races for XML Output
4. Fixed Issue of Not Printing to correct Printer if printing a second time
5. Resolved issue with slow start of Measures
